I can't tell if you're serious or trolling. It is laughable to even entertain the idea that Brookfield is here for a flipp. They want 100% of this company, the share purchase was strategic to corner IPL and gove them fewer options. They now can vote down the PPL offer and make it much more difficult for PPL. I agree with the last poster, PPL will up it to .55 of a share and BIP will respond slightly on top of that and that will be it. At that point shareholders should just sell and roll it into PPL on their own and start getting dividends right away.
