RE:Brookfield files to eliminate termination fee.A break fee is customary practice in breaking an agreement between two parties, i.e. a contract.
If Brookfield want to enhance their hostile offer by adding the cost of the break fee, they can do it now by making their written submitted offer for 20.55.
The lawsuit may well be quickly deemed frivolous, (time being of the essence), before the scheduled shareholders' acceptance (or rejection) of the agreement.
IPL should schedule a firm date for the shareholders' vote.
