RE:RE:RE:RE:what is betterAs I understand the offers currently are:

Brookfield:
$20 cash OR 1/4 of a BIP.UN equivalent share (closed today at $90.62, for an equivalent of $22.655)

PPL:
1/2 of a PPL share (closed today at $39.25, for an equivalent of $19.625)

Selling on the open market today:
$20.91

So Brookfield is indeed better in terms of current market value. The differential now is actually substantial enough for me to consider tendering my shares. I will hold off for now to see whether PPL increases its bid.
