It holds rights on an evolving Duvernay light oil play that offers potential material upside to the Company.

Method, thanks for your comment. Doesn't a low debt to capital ratio mean that a company's assets are worth a lot more than its debt? Or could it be misleading because the market value of the assets might be overstated on the co's balance sheet?
