Theory on IPO price rise...

Theory on IPO price rise...I do have a potential theory on why IPO had such intense buying the last few days...when really it shouldnt as the retail investor market is still quite dead...

At first I thought convert den or share offering but I don't think so...as even with more capital that doesnt  solve IPO biggest long term issue which is getting to the 20M CF a quater consistantly...having that size 10,000 BOE...at that size you can really drill.

So my theory is the buyer of ARC's Cardium assets is supposed to be rumored to be...Richocet Energy.  Cheadle12 or the great cheadle keeps mentioning this on Crew and Arc.
So I can't confirm this Richocet energy but I know Arc has been trying to sell Pembina since January.

Richocet which looks like USA equity money...could get a listing and a management team by mergin with IPO.  Combined that would be a 11500 BOE company....

IF this was to happen...IPO would obviously need a certain share price to do the swap...

Food for thought....just an idea and lets see if true

This could also explain the delay in ARC announcing the sale and the delays with debt faculty for IPO.  IPO legally can't say anything if they happened to be in talks.
