Hugely Undervalued

If you look at the metrics of this company it should be an easy double this afternoon. It's currently trading at less than $18,000 per flowing barrel in a$55 WTI environment. Given it is a light oil play which is not very heavily levered, this is the cheapest stock I am currently seeing. Just as a basis of comparison, the recent acquisition by enerplus  was $25,000 per flowing barrel and that was a liquidation sale. If this company was valued at $25,000 per flowing barrel the stock price would be almost a dollar a share. Huge upside.

If you look at the free cash flow forecast and amend it for the current price, they will have free cash flow / share of 20 cents. If the price comes down to their premise of $49.50, they will have around 12-15 cents free cash flow. Not bad for a 35 cent stock. I cannot believe this company my is so cheap. I bought 50,000 more shares today.

Finally a bit of a run today. This stock should be closer to 80 cents based on the metrics.

If this stock were similarly valued to companies like BNE and YGR, it would be closer to $2. The more I look the more I like this name. Could be a 5  bagger from here.

My implied price on this stock as of today is $0.74 per share so it is undervalued and if the price of oil keeps going up this company has some torque at higher prices. I think the tide will turn on this little company very shortly. Regards, Fearlessgg

stock is only worth what people will pay for it . You can't blame people for being scared to buy into the oil sector... Oil companys need to prove they can make money and better choices to keep the shareholders happy for investors to come back. it's going to take time... but if oil goes over 60 bucks u will see a lot more people interested and if it goes over 70 a barrel .. well this an ...more

I agree with you little Dave, I expect a good 10% move up this morning simply because WTI is $58.52 and NG is at $3.03. We will see like you said stock is only worth what people will pay for it but at the end most investors cannot ignore good fundamentals and IPO is definitely a good compelling story at this point in time.
