If you are confident in the deal closing
You can buy the share certificates ipo.r.to. for about 15-20 cents cheaper. When the prairie storm deal closes you will be issued ipo shares for your ipo.r and you can pocket the difference. The risk is the deal doesn't go through and you get $1.20 back for your share certificates abd would realize about a 60 cent loss. I think that 's pretty low risk of the deal not happening so I cashed in a bit of my ipo holdings and bought IPO.r for 17 cents cheaper. Do your own due diligence.
