RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:whats going onThanks, I forgot that COFIDE will just forward the money if everybody (meaning them and the locals) is happy. And getting all or almost the money you need to build the mine should make shareholders happy. 

So it is more like the locals having the balls in one and a knife in the other hand....
