False Misleading Information - Lawsuit Coming

All the cr#p by Otto is misleading. It is obvious he is getting private confidential information by Benavides and disseminating it only hearing one side. Extremely bias opinion. Since Otto is a shareholder, he could have massive problems if a class action lawsuit is initiated. His motive is not clear. The continuous defamation from this blogger is damaging everyone in involved. He maybe be receiving compensation by Benavides to disseminated such defamatory and misleading info to sell more subscriptions to his silly newsletter. Wow! Talk about a lawsuit. Nice to see company's response that not all the financial information was available. Again misinformation by this blogger. Legal action is coming.

I am not a lawyer and live in the US. I have been on boards before and corporate governance was very important. What is happening here is criminal. Imagine if you own a company and your GM sold your product and signed his own checks and decided to defame you in the local newspaper. Do you understand what I am getting at?
