I agree, I think what's happenig at AYA is really a terrible diplay from the CEO and shows a total lack of respect for the SH's. Unless he is manipulating an outside offer. Time will tell. I listened to Fitz on the webinar and he reiterated his goal of fighting for the SH to get fair value by whatever means. I for one do not think the current mgmt would treat us unfairly
