If you look at the article from June 12 last year you will see a pretty detailed description of the AYA story and it talks about the list of 300 on finras list. If Keith or John were on that list it would have said so. No way do I believe these guys did anything wrong. They talk about the Canada pension fund and other high profile organizations. Again it was a poorly kept secret and will take years to conclude. What it means for AYA and IT on the sale of the companies remains to be seen but IT will continue to make money regardless
