Dual listing

Does it really matter if we keep our shares on the TSX or we better have them exchange on the LSE ? Just curious to know your input because I'm not so sure about the best course of action myself.

Do all our share will be deemed to have elected to receive Intertain (Jackpotjoy) shares automatically on the LSE ?
