i3 Energy plc is an independent oil and gas company with assets and operations in the United Kingdom and Canada. The Company's principal activities consist of oil and gas production in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB) and appraisal of oil and gas assets on the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS). The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries i3 Energy North Sea Limited and i3 Energy Canada Limited are independent oil and gas companies with appraisal assets in the United Kingdom and producing assets in Canada, respectively. It holds the P.2358 license in the UKCS which contains the Serenity field discovery. This licence also contains the Liberator field discovery and the Minos High prospect. The Company holds various mineral licenses across its main operating areas in the WCSB, being Wapiti, Simonette, Clearwater, and Central Alberta. The Company's Canadian production asset base consists of over 850 net conventional oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids production wells.

In all honesty I don't understand what you are saying...

The Simonette area in Alberta will add substantially to their bpd production. 


Serenety - their drill in the North Sea will more then triple their current bpd production in less then 24months if successful.

January 2021 the company was not generating any revenue and producing 0bpd. Fast forward 15months and they are forecasting 20,000bpd-21,000bpd in 2022 with $190million Net revenue.

An increase in the dividend payment is highly likely. They just tripled their dividend payment from 2021 in 2022 and and started paying out monthly instead of quarterly only 30 days ago. April is the second monthly dividend payment.

WhiteTundra gave a stellar valuation of the company on Saturday. - the link to the YouTube video was posted April 2nd....

June 1st is their year end results - Massive gains from 2021.... I3energy is just now picking up some notice and momentum.

and you want to sell because why again....? They are not doing good enough? I really don't understand your thinking.
