Nobody has to sell unless they are being hit with liquidation notices from their creditors. Be debt-free like myself and you'll have no worries. Debt = a four letter word, remember!!

Rich is also a four letter word and it is either about birth rite or understanding the power of compounding. Dead money is almost as bad as lost money as it is lost time!

Speaking of time, now is a relatively safe time to nibble at THM whilst it is bouncing around 52 week lows. Could we drop another 10 cents or so, sure, but in the whole scheme of things, that is trivial once we are back to $3+ again.
