IVN is committed to developing and employing local Congolese human resources as much as possible actually and a minimum of Chinese labour. There won't be any flooding of WF with Chinese workers ...more

IVN could breakout very hard going forward. The 90 million budget for drilling alone is crazy. They are going to drill and firm up the numbers for who?????  Someone wants in bad but needs more ...more
