RE:RE:IVANHOE $5.00 PRICE BREAKWhile I cannot confirm the $5.00 price fact, I can say that I am currently invested in a Bio-pharm company (LXRX) that did a reverse split a while back and that was one of the reasons they gave. They said that if they got the share price above the $5.00 mark that it would bring in investors that were handcuffed from investing in securities trading under that price. Perhaps this doesn't apply to all investors but it must apply to some because it seemed to help generate interest in that particular case. It trades in US dollars. hope this helps.
