There are companies that get pummeled because they're bad invesments run by charlatans or pump-and-dump specialists and deserve to be pummelled, and there are companies that get pummelled because the players with market power are able to manipulate their shareprice to accumulate position prior to an inevitable revaluation.
CITICs investment at 3.68, coupled with the properties, the management/ownerships' general track record is a hint as to which of those categories this company is in (IMO).
