Just another day in the CongoSo let me get this straight, the electoral commission has postponed the presidential election for the fifth (correct me, but I have lost count) time, and then further delayed it, but only in three opposition stronghold cities, ostensibly due to violent uprisings and ebola. So angry voters have taken to the streets and ransacked an ebola quarantine centre, and some patients have escaped. That could be a problem. I wonder what tomorrow will bring. I truly cannot even imagine.
