No RushNo one is going to pressure RF into bringing any project on line before it is 100% ready to roll. He has been around this his whole life. When the right people and financing are in place he will strike and not a moment before that.
IVN is in total control of every property and RF knows it. He could sell any property or a portion of a property and we would all make a ton of money but he will only do so at the right price and he knows these properties are all going up in price by the day.
At any moment a major could buy any one of these properties and that would be in the hundreds of millions or even in the billions.
RF has a strangle hold on all these play's and he is not giving it away to no one!!!
The costruction is moving at a torid pace and phase 2 will come together even quicker as you don't make the same mistakes that you made on phase 1. This will save them many.many hours of labour.
I have found that the biggest problem at any mine in Africa is dependable electrical POWER!!!
This is not the case with K&K as they have totally upgraded this supply. This is a big deal folks.
