When a person is successful From what I showed you in my previous example, you can all see that our glorious government has pulled the wool over our eyes, simply put, THEY RIPPED US OFF. When you are young and they talked us all into putting our money into these RRSP's, none of us thought of the TAX implications since in your 20's and 30's it seemed way too far away even to think about. Well, let me just tell you that there is NOT ONE investment advisor or planner who mentions what you will ACTUALLY HAVE at retirement. They talk the talk of compounding and cost averaging and the regular BS, and show you theb riches you will have if you do this, than you retire and WHALLA, the government TAKES HALF if you had a succesful investment life. You have to love the rip off artists, since they are everywhere, smiling in front of you while they pick your pockets. The ONLY thing we have that still makes anysense is the TFSA. I for one am happy that most Canadians don't have enough funds to have one of those, or if tyhey do, they don't have much in there, which means there is NOT ENOUGH money in these accounts for the government mob to tax it. YET.
