RE:RE:RE:The reason this bogfit uneducated individual posts "So if you never owned NCU why the MILLION posts there ???"
That's a fair question and one that has already been answered. I posted that 12 years ago I decided to purchase residential property in the Mason Valley (where Nevada Copper is building their mine) with the expectation that the property would greatly appreciate when the mine went into production. The facts are that the OP mine which is not presently being developed would have created 650 jobs in a town of 3,500 people. The labor dept. calculates that 3.2 jobs are needed in support for each miner, and then next nearest residential area is 30 miles away. Now this low-risk strategy might seem unattractive to you, but there are other ways of making money besides just getting lucky like you did..
You might be confused as to why I have posted on the Nevada Copper board for all these years and it is because I have a financial interest in the success of their company. It would seem only obvious as to why I wanted to keep in touch with the company’s activities, but perhaps all this is all far beyond your comprehension or understanding.
Another critical factor promoting my posting activities is the fact that I moved to a shack in the middle of nowhere, and have nothing to do but read news and business reports and post my thoughts on investment all day long. Another factor might be that my family has a history of publishing and unlike my great-grandfather I need to neither sell advertisements nor subscriptions to express my thoughts and opinions.
I find the stillness of the desert allows me to focus on events elsewhere without interference or clatter. True, the vista remains unchanged, and visitors rare, but as an old desert rat myself I find peace and contentment in the middle of Nowhere. I know lots people often claim to be “in the middle of nowhere” as soon as they leave the Vegas city limits, but seriously Nevada has more nothing than anywhere else in the country. I’d be happy to give you directions to my place except that nothing for thirty miles in any direction has a name, but if you poked your finger at the center of a Nevada map, you probably wouldn’t be far wrong.
Only one thing I should mention, if you ever come out this way, make sure you park your car and walk the last 100 yds. to my shack. You know, just to be safe.
