RE:RE:RE:RE:Has anyone Read the Bill ??It's more than possible future instances in which a foreign-based mining company wants to buy out or merge with IVN in its entirety. It seems to also apply in situations where a Canadian-headquartered company like IVN wishes to sell one or more of its mining assets to a company based in another country. So, for example, if IVN wanted to sell off some of its claims or a given project to a foreign-headquartered mining company so it can receive an infusion of cash to use in the development of other IVN projects, it appears this would also be placed under review by the Ministry to determine whether the deal would be a "net benefit" to Canada.
