IVN will go private. Probably sooner than later.

Way too much future value to share with the peons.

I don't buy the private theory.  Really the only entity that would take them private is the Chinese, and Citic is selling not buying shares.  If someone wanted a big block of stock, they would take a block in the market from Citic.  That hasn't happened as they were piecing it out yesterday.
