Backup power capacity
It's called insurance and it is a non-issue. Hospitals have back-up power too for obvious reasons.

Agreed, And the Backup Power Generators are mobile. So if they become reduntant at K&K, they can be carted off to Kipushi, WF, Platreef, if needed. In other words, it's insurance for all their sites, not just K&K
