RE:RE:Loss from joint Venture, Rent Cut and deferral

RE:RE:Loss from joint Venture, Rent Cut and deferralI listened to the 10:00 call and was too slow or did'nt understand how get to ask a question but from the soft ball questios being asked the pandemic is ,and we all know this , is playing havoc with old age homes . That being said they're not any worse off than other ops and still holding their own . They also talked about gov. assistance of some sort, ie wage help, for the workers for sure and don't discount the highly rated staff, that will go a long way to supporting any families looking for a good placement for their family members,They should be able to get help for rent deferals as in low rate to zero rate  as you say the picture will be more in focus 12 to 16 months out . I'm seriously thinking of averaging down.  I'll wait one more quarter and see . There is an idea published in a book , the baby boomer group is like a pig in a python moving thru the digestive track so extrapulating this into the idea that there is a long way to go before the boomers have moved thru their lives and financial wealth . I believe co.s like Extendicare, Invesqe and others will benifit .
