Liquidation eventSelling all the assets. Cannot find a buyer for the whole package.
AFFO has reached 0.03 now. Interest expense is too high.
I thought this was going to rebound but now I think that this is going to bankruptcy.
As soon as AFFO turns negative or even zero, there is no hope. AFFO negative means the company is unable to continue. 0.03 per share or 1.9 million is way too shallow cushion, explains the share price.
I honestly think that the company is overvalued now. Didn't see this coming. I am glad that I sold with a loss. Dodged a bullet.
