Executive compensation

Executive comp is way too high for the market cap. They are each making over millions when market cap is far less than 100 million and the earnings are negative. FFO does not matter if none is being paid out to the investor and the stock price is going down the drain.
Why does not management put the company up for sale, if they say they are working in the best interest of investors?

It seems that they are still holding the shares as they continue to discuss the big loss at their quarterly meetings, last one held 4 weeks ago. Anyway, I also sold majority of my holdings at a loss. Too many good companies with undervalued share prices these days, due to high interest rate environment, that I cannot waste the opportunity on this one.
