IVQ now Seniors Residential Focused

IVQ IPO sold above $10. Covid knocked it down to around $2. Battled debt stabilization and knocked down to current all time historical lows. Changed focus to higher demand seniors residential housing and have stabilized debt that gives it some breathing room till 2025. Owns almost $1 Bilion asset and more than $100 million in shareholders equity. Net asset value discounted by more than 80%. Time will tell how this goes. Have been watching this since IPO and never in my wildest dreams imagined what happened to the share price.

Debt should be repaid almost in full until 2025, so I wouldn't call it a breathing room.
