WRONG - those that sold still have some of their capital, while those that hold are being burned.  The trend here is a falling share price for the past 13 years.  Maybe you haven't noticed but prior to split, this stock was trading in the $30's.  Split adjusted you could say it has fallen from $37 to $4.  Nothing mysterious about the trend there.
