RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Green day for JETommy & Marky,  well with all informations coming from lots of place, the pending  VOTED to reverse the charge of those 32 hours, and need to be accepted  by PUCT, I understand and believe in the knowledge and skill from Mr. Scott Gash however for now JE is under Creditors Protection to be able to continue their operation.  If JE win, that is good, but if they loses and they can't pay the bill to ERCOT, they will not have other choice to fall and bankruptcy and will be take over by DIP who supplied the $$$ in garanty.  If it is happen ALL shareholders will lose their investment, right?  The vote was supposed to be last Thursday.  Did not hear anything about it.  Really hope to get news soon about  DO  or  DIE.  GLTA.  Gaillard.  If you want to get in touch directly, feel free to email me at   jeandeshaies@hotmail.com
