July 2 and Paul buying KLDX stock in the open market

The way I understand it is that Paul had to wait 6 months from his rather large Jan 2 sale of company stock to buy without having to forfeit any gains. His small buy this month at 2.94 was just a token buy that he was willing to eat. Does anyone know if this is the case for sure and could we see him step up and buy 50k shares in the open market come July?

Cash: Not sure it makes a difference. In the last few days, we have seen 6-8 large sales of 30-80K shares. I have to assume that this is coming from the institutional/money funds, so mgmt needs to find a way to change the negative narrative thats in the market since the drilling results were released.
