Opinion After reading the latest update,I am of the opinion that this matter is not serious.Although unusual,the delay in submittiing the report is not the fault of the company directly.With one person resigning and another overtaking,the possibility of discrepancies must be addressed.Its only the officers that are affected by the cease trade order.If this were a serious matter,I believe the stock would have dropped much more than it did.This company has always been "on the level".
It would be very difficult for me to believe that is no longer the case.
