Tax-loss selling overI can't wait to see the reaction of the shorts on Friday. My guess is that there will be more and more analysts recommending the acquisition of Detour as the best long-term deal available to KL at the present time. If you look at a map, Detour, Belmoral and Wallbridge are all on the same parallel and along the Detour trend. So guess why they wanted an all-stock deal to keep their cash in hand. It's only a matter of time until KL has the whole trend under its control.
