Kirkland Lake vs Eldorado- Hands down Kirkland. The comparrison of KL and Eldorado is like a Landlord that owns 6 buildings each.
The Landlords/buildings are mines in this case.
Both make money.
One landlord (KL) buys lake views or Downtown in trendy areas near subways and Universities. He also replaces his roof every 15-20 years and plants trees and cuts the grass. The tenants stay on average for 20 years. No Headaches.
The other Eldorado, buys properties in earthquake areas or swamps, he makes money but requires a translator to assit him, he knows every 2 years the country he is in will almost have a war or political problems and or kick backs, the tenants skip on rent or move every year...They don't replace the roof and eventually have a flood.
Give me Kirkland Lake vs Eldorado any day.
Eldorado only has one mine in Canada and the rest are in 3rd world countries.
In order to do bussiness you have to play rough and by local underworld rules.
Not the case in Australia or Canada.
Peace of mind goes on a long way!!!
Go KL! see you in 20 years.
