What if I put it this way; dgc had $ X cash flow predeal, KL had $ Y cash flow predeal. Now post deal you have X+Y cash flow which hasnt changed. Its all in KL now, but you have an offsetting number of shares OS. They said cost savings in the $100m range I believe. Thats the net benefit to shareholders post deal all else being the same.

And lets say in March dgc milled stockpile but didnt mine due to covid for example. Thus the cash flow.
