RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Class action lawsuits

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Class action lawsuitsEspecially in Germany, but in the rest of Europe also, the cost of labor is more than in the USA.
In much of Asia the labor costs have surprisingly risen to, or above, the USA costs, such as the costs in Japan, South Korea, and surprisingly China itself.
-
This leaves South East Asia, and perhaps India, as the new places to get cheaper labor.
-
In the Western Hemisphere, Brazil is no bargain, and Canada is a smidgin more expensive than in the USA.
Actually some USA automobiles in the USA are, or were, manufactures in Canada.
If yours was manufactured in Canada, you are lucky, as the quality is said to be better, unlike Mexico.
-
Personally, I admire Volkswagen [VW] for being able to detect when it was being tested and automatically tune itself to pass the tests.
But to the Germans, the USA is their Mexico, a place to manufacture things cheaply.
However, unlike Mexico, the Germans were surprised at the high quality of their American workers.
The implication here is that the perceived low quality of the American worker has much more to do with the low quality of American companies, rather than the quality of the American worker.
Sadly, it is little wonder that, out of desperation, more Americans are turning toward Socialism.
-
On the other hand, IMHO current German and European Automobiles are basically bottomless money pits, if you are wise, you will stay away from them.
-
So VW in the USA, like gold miners in Guiana, is vulnerable theft by the USA on some pretext.
They should have operated in the USA through shells like the grocery stores.
Do you realize that in the USA, every grocery store is a separate corporation?
Budget Foods on your corner is Budget Foods #369, where as on the other side is Budget Foods #666.
Therefore, the most you can do, is to sue Budget Foods #369 into declaring bankruptcy while Budget Foods #001 thru #999 are totally unaffected, as they are totally separate corporations.
Let that seep in.
At John Rockefeller always implored, “Own nothing, control everything.”
-
-
One of the places that is still really cheep to manufacture stuff is Mexico.
The USA does not appreciate how lucky it is to have that asset next door, it just complains about it.
The GDP of Mexico is shocking large. It is larger than France, or Italy, or South Korea.
It is about three times as large as Canada.
However, the quality reputation of Mexican products leaves something to be desired.
On the other hand, when I was a kid, people said the same thing about Japan.
Things sometimes change.
One more interesting thing about Mexico, is that there is no capital gains tax.
If a Mexican had purchased 10,000 shares of KL for $10 [$100,000], then held it to sell at $100 dollars per share, the profit would be [$1,000,000 - $100,000] $900,000.
He would simply put that $900,000 in his pocket and forget about it, no taxes are due.
There are some very rich Mexicans.
For many, Mexico may be too different, but it can be very interesting to dig into it.
-
Other places, such as the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas have no income taxes.
It is almost unique to the Cayman Islands, and Malta, that there are no property taxes.
You 100% own your property, you are not simply, in reality, renting it from the State.
People are such slaves, being too ignorant and brainwashed, to realize it.
-
Even some odd European countries have low corporate tax rates, such as Hungary 9%, Montenegro 9%, Andorra 10%, Bosnia and Herzegovina 10%, Bulgaria 10%, Gibraltar 10%.
-
Puerto Rico is tempting people at a 4% maximum corporation tax rate.
They realize that corporations will be drawn to those areas where the tax theft is least.
-
Some US states have no Income tax, such as Nevada, Wyoming, Washington, Texas.
The US corporate income tax rate is currently 21%, after all expenses.
The Canadian corporate income tax rate is currently 26%, after all expenses.
But the trend is for lower corporate rates.
Economists say that lower rates will actually bring in more revenue to the State.
Canada seems to be listening.
-
After all expenses, this is the key.
Amazon, after all expenses, pays zero taxes.
RJ, after all expenses, pays zero taxes.
Entertainment is a very interesting expense.
-
Although RJ is just getting warmed up, but it is getting late, so more later.
-
By the way, here is a secret.
In the USA there are two classes of citizens.
I assume this is also true in Canada.
There are two separate set of laws for each.
The taxes for each, and the way they are calculated, are total different for each.
Let’s call one cast the ignorant serfs, and let’s call the other cast the privileged corporations.
How difficult is it to upgrade yourself from the surf cast to the privileged corporation cast?
Oh my god, it is so hard that you should just give up.
-
You simply sent $50 each year to the incorporating Secretary of State, or Province.
That is it, you are now a corporation president.
There is now absolutely no difference between you as the president of ‘your’ $100 corporation and Mary Barra, the president of the $30 Billion General Motors.
You now get to enjoy exactly the same chauffeur driven privileges and writeoffs.
Absorb that for a moment.
-
Why doesn’t everyone become the president of a corporation?
Well Albert Einstein has an answer.
He said, “Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.”

Happy July 4, Aphelion Day, the day that the Earth's orbit that is farthest away from the Sun.
-
Happy July 4, the 244th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the birth certificate of the world wide, on going, American Revolution.
It is an ideology that was once up on a time, but no longer is, associated with the USA.
-
Excuse me, but I have just taken a dozen melatonin [interesting - that word has four different valves] gummy bears, and before it gets any later, I want to send Bonnie Bloomgarden a holiday e-mail.
