If you all cast your minds back to Oct 2017 ,some that were attentive may have watched Ian Telfer of Gold Corp crossing paths with Daniela on a kitco news video. Oct 3 2017 ( We are Running out of Gold- Gold Corps Ian Telfer)  (part1/3) It can still be found on the kitco site on a Youtube vid.
During that interview there was a discussion as to whether the majors would let another Major get put together .You were left in no doubt whatsoever . 
I imagine most watching would have been distracted from the important  issues :-))  But its all there,crystal clear if anybody was indeed bothering to listen .

Telfer is dead wrong. He sounds the like patent officer from the early 1900's who wanted to shut it down because everything useful had already been invented. Or so the story goes. A dinosaur. Most places on earth have never been drilled, or drilled at depth including the Abitibi to below 500 m. And its one of the most most prolific gold camps in the world.
