RE:RE:Money printing is inflation of money. Gold should be up up The long term issue is that the USD hegemony is under pressure. Gold was going up before COVID and all the QE was released. Yes, Short Term USD will rise, but the US cannot sustain higher interest rates and unless it can balance China in production, will be in a structural deficit requiring continuous deficit budgets. More USD will be in circulation so its value will erode. Gold should benefit, however, there are other issues that will affect gold of course, like crypto currencies. It will all be very interesting. Be smart.
