My preference(alone)...

My preference(alone)...... does not have any value here. I would rather see kl going at it alone, they have done very, very well, in a short period of time. Also believe they would've had a great future with their pipe line of projects. So, what motivates and convinces a board to accept a merger of equals at this time? sure baffles me. What were they told that was so convincing they will be better in a combination of assets. Whatever it was, it must've been very rewarding for all. We just don't see it because we "fall in love" with our pics. Anyway, think it is a done deal.
