RE:my opinion re:financingI have mixed feelings about this….what I feel is a rather opportunistic bought deal; yes it is done at good price but why not set it at $12. To me it shows that company feels they were lucky to get that high & it has no faith in prospect of moving higher…at least in a short term. Without specific plan outlining need for this dilution this 10% ‘hair cut’  sounds more like ‘let us  do it because we can’.
Will this money help us get to this elusive production increase that was promised many times over?
