RE:RE:RE:Keys to success and a Takeover bid

I agree.. not the best of news on guidance.
Let's see how the market digests this at the 9:30 am est open.

Realistically, if knt meets their stage 3 schedule (ie stage 3 completion 1st q 2025),
we're looking for 1st real positive earnings in mid- 2025. If you can weather this
period, then the upside is massive. In the meantime, knt has to digest huge debt.

Possible catalysts between now and then?

1.) Gold price: remains above $2000/oz and/or continues to climb given world central
banks having figured out that fiat currency around the world is being devalued
2.) Recent drill results: converted into significant resource update.
Good question at end March conference call... ie when is next resource update?
3.) Takeover offer? I never placed much stock in a takeover but any good analyst
can figure out upside potential 4 quarters from now
4.) Dividend mention...  Obviously any dividend talk is too early. However, a comment
later in 2024 from Lewins on dividend expections by 2026 would be welcome. This
will be heavily dependent on how early they can digest their debt.
