Good summary/report for KNT; however I do have an issue with: ….”the stock remains a little expensive above US$5.40 as it's valued at above US$240.00/oz.” This is somewhat suggesting that evaluation of $176/oz would be more appropriate. IMHO this cost per ounce (of resource in the ground) is based on merger between two companies and not an acquisition (in case of a hostile acquisition this ...more

yes 10 drill rigs will quickly cut that US$240/oz down. we all know the gold is there. blue lake itself has the potential to cut that number down several times.

I don't personally like the method of valuing a company based on ozs in the ground. Not all ozs are created equal. You can't compare bulk tonnage open pit ozs to high grade underground ozs. K92's gold is cheap to mine and recover. Very cheap. It's all about profit. If you want to play the optionality game, go ahead, but you will be held hostage by the price of gold. If you are ...more
