Stunningly Positive NR for 4th Q

The 4th q eps at 0.09/share was well above consensus.I personally was expecting
much worse and am a little stunned in a positive way.

Tomorrow, the really big news will be the status of the underground mining operations
that were halted on March 14. Here again, if they report that the issues have been 
resolved with the government, then the 16 day downtime should be offset by a realized
gold price that should be at least $200 greater 4th Q ($1898) to 1st Q.

What was eps consensus? I thought is was .09.

Last I saw was $.07/share which I thought was a stretch

That's .O7 U.S. k92 reports in Canadian dollars so their eps of .09 is actually about half a cent below estimates.

I think it was a mediocre quarter at best which always seems to be the case with K92. I hope I'm wrong but I fully expect management to revise lower estimated production for 2024 and blame it on the mine closure which is probably ongoing. It's always some excuse. I would not be surprised if k92 produces less gold in 2024 than they did in 2022. It's a great property and it's a shame
