If no high grade holes are drilled I kinda like end of phase 3 to do the deal. The new owners will get to drill off the deep stuff & save us from expensive deep drilling and more dilution. Maybe the seasonal leg up is in motion on the gold price by then. The drilling results would have to be spectacular for price to go up in the face of the dilution needed to fund further drilling. So 3 million ounces M&I&I x 120/oz is 360m usd x 1.3 is $4.45. Cash money price. :/
