GSFC buys an additional 16% of KRN shares adding to their current position giving them 36% of the outstanding shares of a still very tight KRN float............... KRN announces a newco with a 1 for 1 share split........... Robin agrees to swap his 15% shares in the newco for GSFCs shares in KRN, giving GSFC 51% control of the newco which then goes announces it is going private............... Karnalyte continues on as a publically traded entity holding the remaining cash in the treasury, 80% of the remaining unexplored property, and Robin holding 36% of the outstanding shares of KRN.............. The Indian newco who would control the Wynyard mine paying KRN a royalty payment upon production of potash, and KRN goes ahead with exploring the remaining property plus retains the magnesium rights from the Wynyard property.............. KRN announces a flow through share arrangement so those share holders who want to sell their shares in the newco, can invest in additional KRN shares without being penalized through capital gains tax, adding more cash to the KRN treasury............. Once the dust settles, Robin splits KRN and a new magco into separate entities giving those interested in the magnesium, a chance to invest in the newly formed magnesium companyA win win for everybody involved...................jmo
