RE:RE:RE:RE:Gas PipelineI've heard from local sources that karnalyte has put out a tender for local workers. I haven't been able to verify online but sounds like they aren't waiting around to get boots to the ground. I've seen the site personally in the past. Significant work completed, but obviously lots yet to accomplish. Financing is a foregone conclusion at this point. Anyone with experience with project financing already knows is a done deal give the assurances and backstops provided for off take and equity.
What at we have here is a project that will outlast my generation and my kids generation. Economics look great, should see net backs north of $200/MT CAD at a minimum. Or $130 million annual gross margin. Net of taxes are undetermined given tax pools and Sask royalty incentives.
Inftastructure considerations such as gas pipeline would have been managed with the class 3 project engineering design. These are all mute points at the end of the day.
What really impacts this project are commodity inputs such as natural gas and oil blanket (we all know they are at near all time lows!) and potash prices in CAD( $380 CAD). Literally see money being printed. Could be wrong but please advise what I'm missing???
