VOTE AGAINST GSFC DIRECTORS
this is the second time the GSFC has renegged on funding. ALL SHAREHOLDERS MUST VOTE AGAINST THE 3 BOARD DIRECTORS PROPOSED BY GSFC. I am certain this corrupt business wants to run KRN into bankruotcy and pay pennies on the dollar for the property. It is time to show these people the door if they do not want to play fair. Remember that these people allowed the property to be written down to nothing. We must not allow this corrupt organization to mislead KRN any longer. I suggest that we also put a for sale sign on the company as another option as well. If someone wants to pay 10 per share for the company I will part with my shares. GSFC will then kick themselves when they leave billions of dollars of profit on the table for their tiny capital gain which will quickly get spent paying for more expensive fertilizer from BHP lol.
