Not sure why they would want to prolong the inevitable as they are also shareholders, and their gross inability to create shareholder value the past 12 months affects them just as much, so one would think every single director would be eager to step aside, and hand over the reins to those with the experience needed to turn this gong show around.
This current group need look no further than the current shareprice, as a barometer for their corporate effectiveness, as it has now been a year since the May 5th, 2017 date this group was elected, and our investment has cratered 50% during that time..
Not exactly a glowing endorsement for re-election, by any stretch of the imagination!.
