It all looks good!I like the upcoming rights offering, and will probably take part, but it does seem a little on the light side?

Adding 50% of the shares for $2.4 million seems like the start of dilution central... what kind of figures does it take to build a nitro plant? Would there be anyone with some comparable numbers?

I would guess 25 acres minimum (closer to civilization) would be $3000/acre in Sask...
Then there is plus costs of permits, land preparation, studies, railway, buildings etc

Or is KRN planning on using the $2.4 million as a down payment per se on some serious financing?
