I feel terrible for new management and the boardas how can they possibly develop any type of strategy when they are continually being bombarded from every angle.
On this side of the pond you have the csg publicly spewing constant accusations demeaning current management, the board, and GSFC.
On the other side of the pond, claims of Karnalyte being a "
dud company",
"a siphoning agent", and
"a dubious company in Canada" are coming out of a country that has more than its own fair share of corruption related problems.
“But GSFC is today the biggest shareholder of Karnalyte, by all accounts a dud company, possibly its only utility being as a siphoning agent.” “Who decided in 2013 to invest Rs 250 Crore in a dubious company in Canada ?” Not exactly glowing endorsementsfor a company that requires crtical major investment to move forward. This mess needs to be cleaned up, and the truth told so we can move on!
